Foothills Design was founded and led by Rosie Lidington, a UX designer and researcher with 17 years experience at The Guardian, BBC, NHS, and other mission-driven organizations.

Foothills exists as a launchpad for founders at the foothills of their ideas - equipping them with expert UX methods to build products that genuinely serve people.

purpose is to work with founders who want to see a different kind of digital world. We guide leaders who want to build products and Courses to meet the needs of their users, over seeking quick or maximum profit. We exist as a starting point for these kinds of organisations.  

We are anti big tech and anti tech bro. We are pro digital sovereignty and pro tech choice. 

All of this starts by equipping digital founders with the right tools and know how from the beginning. We use over 17 years of industry experience to guide growing organisations in  workshops, events and design sprints. Setting them on right path at the foothills of their idea.
